How We Do Business

Core Principles

Sellers:

We do not participate in dual agency.  When you hire All Patriots Realty to sell your home it is our responsibility to promote and protect your interests.  We cannot do that if we are trying to negotiate for the buyer as well?!  The only person in the transaction that benefits from dual agency is the real estate agent/company.

We also do not have any admin fees or other hidden costs. We offer competitive commission plans** and won’t add on an additional fee to process your paperwork.

We don’t have ownership in or any affiliated business arrangements (ABA). We have a list of preferred vendor-partners who have shown over the years that they are reliable and will protect the best interest of our clients.  However you are not required to use them if you have a company you have used in the past.

Professional Customer Service. We are confident in our abilities to communicate with the utmost respect with all the people involved in the sale of your home.  We won’t list your home and then disappear.  We are reachable by phone, email and text.  We don’t set office hours but do expect that we will both respect reasonable hours of contact all days of the week.

We have our heads in the “clouds” for You.  There is no reason to have to deal with stacks of paper when dealing with a real estate transaction.  If you are comfortable with technology we can handle all of the paperwork electronically.  We offer secure electronic forms and electronic signatures for our clients.  This also makes handling the details of a transaction much easier for our clients who travel or are already out of the area.

Buyers:

We do not participate in dual agency.  When you hire All Patriots Realty to help you buy your home it is our responsibility to promote and protect your interests.  How can we do that if we are trying to negotiate for the seller as well?  The only person in the transaction that benefits from dual agency is the real estate agent/company.

We also do not have any admin fees or other hidden costs. We offer a competitive rewards program** and won’t add on an additional fee to process your paperwork.  We also match any credit union “cash back/rewards” programs with any credit showing on your final HUD-1.  Our participation in these programs is voluntary and not tied to any lender or title company. We only honor one program at a time!
